Who is Base

Founded by Frédéric Mydske – Norwood SA.  Their fresh approach to hotels is free from constraints of a large corporate structure and based on first-hand experience of working with and talking to guests about what they want, need and desire.

We took 2 years to research the idea and a further 3 years to secure a site, obtain the necessary permits and build Base Nyon.

Base Nyon opened on the 1st October 2015! We are loving welcoming guests and seeing them leave refreshed, with a smile on their face, having had an experience they want to share and repeat.
