Nyon is known as the ‘Village of Festivals’ with four of the biggest and best in Switzerland covering film Vision du Reel, performing arts and music FAR & Caribana and Switzerlands largest music Festival, Paleo.

If you like watching sport then Nyon punches well above its weight with a first division football team, the 2013 Swiss rugby champions and the Swiss Triathlon championships.
